Breakers Clothing

posted Nov 24, 2018, 7:35 AM by SMBB Breakers

If any of you were considering Breakers Clothing as a Christmas
present, Entripy Shops is having a Black Friday sale. 20% of your
order from now till November 26th. The code is BLACKFRIDAY.

Team Aquatic also has a Black Friday sale of 25% off. The code is: CYBER25
We have a team code for SMBB with Team Aquatic as well, which gets 20%
off any purchase we make with them (st345-ff) - I suspect this code
won't work with the sale, but if you miss the sale, then you've got
the code :)

2018 Fall Maintenance Swim (Back on!)

posted Oct 4, 2018, 6:03 PM by SMBB Breakers   [ updated Oct 4, 2018, 6:28 PM ]

Good news! We have found some coaches who will be able to coach for us
this fall and winter!

Fall session will start Friday, October 19 and run until Sunday,
December 16th. No practice Sunday, November 11th.

Practice Times:
Future Breakers - Sundays 2:30-3:00pm
Breakers - Fridays 6:30-7:30 and/or Sundays 3:00-4:00

Winter session will start Friday, January 11 and run until Sunday, March 10.

Swim NS has changed their fee structure this year. Swim NS
registration fees will now run Sept 1- August 31. The annual fee has
increased to $45 (from $25 - it used to be included in the summer
registration fee). With the new fee structure, we now need to collect
the $45 registration fee for Swim NS now, and it will be deducted from
the registration fee in the summer.

As such, the registration fee will be $70 for Breakers and $40 for
Future Breakers, plus $45 for Swim NS fees. The $45 fee is an annual
fee. It will not need to be paid again in the winter, spring or summer
2019. Please email me if you have any questions about the Swim NS fee.

Registration will be through Trackie.reg:

Thanks, and sorry for the delayed start of the season.

We need help

posted Aug 1, 2018, 5:56 PM by SMBB Breakers

Hi parents,

We need timers, scribes, stroke & turn and marshalls for our upcoming time trial and fun meet.

There are two ways to volunteer;

1. Please email audetteshane@gmail.com or call/text my number 902-802-5471 to let me know what you can do

2. There will be sign up sheets on the fence during practices. Please sign up.

We will need everyone's help to make this happen. If you can press a button on a stopwatch you are eligible to time😁.

Thanks all!

Hi Breakers Families,

We have received the info regarding ordering Provincial Clothing this year. Ordering  Provincial Clothing is totally optional. Some families like to order something, and others choose not to. The clothing and caps will be ordered separately. For the clothing, there are two options: the first is to order online at the following link:

and pick up at Provincials, or the second option is to wait and purchase onsite at Provincials.

For the caps, you must pre-order and pay by August 6th (Monday), and you will get the cap at Provincials. If you want to order a cap, please fill out the form below by MONDAY AUGUST 6th, and etransfer to smbbtreasurer@gmail.com.

Feel free to email us if you have any questions, and we'll try to find out the answers.
